What this Privacy Policy covers

  1. This privacy policy covers FC360, Inc.’s treatment of Personally Identifiable Information that FC360, Inc. collects when you are on the FC360, Inc. site.
  2. This policy also covers any Personally Identifiable Information that our business partners share with us.
  3. This policy does not apply to any companies that FC360, Inc. does not own or control, nor to people that FC360, Inc. does not manage or employ.

“Third Party Personally Identifiable Information” includes Personally Identifiable Information that is collected by FC360, Inc. through the site from a person other than the person to whom it pertains or whom it identifies.

Collection and Use of Information

You may visit and use many of the features at FC360, Inc. without registration.  However, it is required that you register to receive the directed communications from us which have been requested by you.

  1. FC360, Inc. does collect Personally Identifiable Information from you under various circumstances.  The primary circumstances include registration, our delivery of materials to you (e.g., emails) and your requests for the inclusion of your information.

  4. We also collect Personally Identifiable information whenever users contact us.  Their comments may be retained to help us improve our website.
  5. Some of our business partners may also use cookies on our site, or at a site that you get linked to.  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.  FC360, Inc. does not receive, nor store any of the information that is collected by these third-party cookies.
  6. FC360, Inc. uses this Personally Identifiable Information for three general purposes:  to customize the responses that are requested by you from us in emails or notifications, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services or to contact you about specials and new products.

Registration and Payment

We request information from the user on our registration and payment forms. With registration and on payment forms, a user must provide contact information (like name and address) and possibly financial information (like credit card and expiration date).  We may make photocopies of personal checks and other payment instruments.  This information is used for billing purposes and to process orders and invoices.  If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Requests for Notifications or Emails

When you visit our site, you can request to receive notifications by email notifying you of information made available by and through us.  In requesting that email and ensuring that we provide you with information that you consider relevant, we require you to provide Personally Identifiable Information (including your name and email address) as well as information on the materials that interest you.

Cookies

FC360, Inc. does use cookies.  The most common meaning of  “Cookie” on the Internet refers to a piece of information sent be a Web Server to a Web Browser (such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer) that the Browser software is expected to save and to send back to the Server whenever the browser makes additional requests from the Server.  Cookies are often collected to record login and password information.  Without them, the user would have to log into each password-protected page.  We use cookies only as a user convenience.  Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can usually change your browser to prevent or notify you whenever you are sent a cookie.  This gives you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it.

FC360, Inc. does not sell or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to anyone. FC360, Inc. may, from time to time, share information only in the aggregate form with others.  This information would not contain any Personally Identifiable information.  It would typically be of a demographic nature.  Some examples are as follows: (1) How many members reside in any given zip code; or (2) how many members reside within any particular area code.

Limited Access Areas (including Client Access Areas)

FC360, Inc. does truly strive to limit the access to these areas.  However, no system in this world is absolutely foolproof.  For this reason, we suggest that you use caution before including any Personally Identifiable information or any other types of sensitive information in the information you provide here or in any other Content that you may post to these Limited Access Areas.

Special Note to Parents

Pursuant to the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we are not permitted, and therefore do not, collect Personally Identifiable information from children we actually know to be under the age of 13, without the consent of that child’s parent or legal guardian.  In fact, we require that all persons who register be at least 18 years of age and all persons who review the site be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
